JP12 is conceived for a couple whose life is shaped by art, architecture, and the quiet discipline of collecting. With rooms filled by art, this home was never meant to simply contain objects - it was meant to frame them. In this context, the kitchen becomes less of a functional element and more of a curated presence within the space: precise, restrained, and composed.
At the center of the design is a dialogue with art. Two selected painting anchors the room, setting the tone for material choices, proportions, and rhythm. Rather than competing with it, the kitchen withdraws, allowing the artwork to define the atmosphere and emotional focus of the space.
Function is fully integrated, yet deliberately hidden. The oven is placed for effortless daily use, while remaining visually absorbed into the architecture. Every technical solution is resolved with clarity, ensuring the kitchen supports life without ever disrupting the visual calm.

The island stands as the defining gesture and act as a sculptural object in its own right. Neither decorative nor purely functional, it becomes the central artifact of the room.
JP12 is a kitchen shaped by restraint and intention. A space where art leads, function follows, and everything unnecessary is removed until only clarity remains.
